Watch Gov. Wolf remark on the major election overhaul bill Republicans are trying to pass

As Republicans continue to advance HB1300, their major election overhaul bill, Gov. Wolf says the bill would suppress votes and has made clear he opposes portions of it such as stricter voter ID requirements. Wolf hasn’t been negotiating with Republicans. While discussing voting rights and elections during a press conference, Gov. Wolf said, "leaders of the House Republican Caucus are being driven by fringe conspiracy theories."
