Jailhouse letters: What's happening at CFCF?

Here are copies of two unsigned letters, apparently written by a disgruntled employee of the Philadelphia Prison System, have been circulated throughout the system's six corrections centers and allege seamy - and sometimes criminal – behavior by workers who are not disciplined for their misdeeds.
