True Talent Advisory discloses its annual revenues for the first time

True Search is more of a traditional search company with 10 offices around the world while Thrive, a spin-off, is more tech-focused with staff also in San Francisco and Austin.

True Talent Advisory, the Haddonfield-based executive search firm, said in a statement that total revenues reached $83 million in 2018, the first year for which the firm has released its sales figures. The number represented a 64 percent gain over 2017, the company said.

True Talent is a search firm that employs 250 people and has 10 offices around the world. It claims American Express, HelloFresh, Jet, Lyft, Square, Uber and WeWork among its clients.

True Talent’s three units include the firm True Search, software-as-a-service recruiting platform Thrive TRM, and leadership consultant Synthesis. “Tech disruption is permeating virtually every industry and most companies now have a strong need for progressive talent from the technology world,” said co-CEO Brad Stadler in a statement, who founded the firm with co-CEO Joe Riggione. "Clients are looking for a partner that offers a comprehensive suite of talent sourcing and development solutions. We have capitalized on these trends by expeditiously building and developing a world class team of functional and domain experts to meet demand.”,
