A man is in critical condition after being shot multiple times in the neck in North Philly

An unidentified man was in critical condition after being shot several times Saturday night in the Ogontz section of Philadelphia, police said.

The man was shot multiple times in the neck and shoulder at about 7:05 p.m. on the 1700 block of Widener Place, police said. The man, believed to be between the ages of 25 and 30, was rushed to Einstein Medical Center.

The investigation was ongoing, police said, no arrests had been made, and no weapon was recovered.
