Two men stabbed, one woman dead in East Germantown

Shortly after police found two young men stabbed in the home, a woman was pronounced dead there. The cause of her death was not immediately available.

Two men were stabbed and a woman was found dead Saturday night in a home on East Chelten Avenue near Ardleigh Street in East Germantown.

At around 7:40 p.m, police found an 18-year-old man stabbed once in the back and once in the left arm. He was transported to Einstein Medical Center, where he was in stable condition. A 20-year-old man was found stabbed multiple times in the chest and stomach and was also taken to Einstein where he was listed in critical condition, police said.

A woman, age unknown, was pronounced dead on the scene at 7:53 p.m. The cause of death was unknown, police said.

A man who had barricaded himself in the house was taken into custody without incident at 8:32 p.m.
