Man fatally shot in North Philly

The 46-year-old man died about an hour later at Temple University Hospital.

A 46-year-old man died Saturday night about an hour after being shot multiple times in the Fairhill section of North Philadelphia.

The man was shot once each in the abdomen, groin area, and buttocks just before 8 p.m. on the 400 block of West Cambria Street, police said. He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he died at just after 9 p.m.

There were no weapons recovered and no arrests made, police said. The man’s name has not been released.
