Eagles cut five more players as Saturday deadline looms

There is a 4 p.m. deadline to reach a 53-player roster.

The Eagles moved five more players Friday as Saturday’s 4 p.m. deadline for their 53-player roster approaches.

Waived on Friday were defensive back Michael Jacquet, defensive end Matt Leo, and tight end Caleb Wilson. Released were veterans defensive tackle T.Y. McGill and defensive back Trevor Williams.
