Ink enthusiasts, it’s your time to shine. The Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Convention is returning to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, offering three days of tattoo artistry, live entertainment, and special guest appearances.

Whether you’re looking to get a tattoo, explore tattoo history, or just enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, here’s everything you need to know.

When is the convention?

The convention runs:

  1. Friday, Jan. 24: 2 p.m. — 11 p.m.

  2. Saturday, Jan. 25: 11 a.m. — 11 p.m.

  3. Sunday, Jan. 26: 11 a.m. — 8 p.m.

How much are tickets?

  1. $25 per day or $50 for a three-day pass.

  2. Kids under 12 get in free

Tickets are available at the door, and the admission fee is separate from the cost of any tattoo you might get. You can also purchase tickets ahead of time online.

Who are the featured artists?

This year’s lineup includes:

  1. Clarke Gable from Malaysia, showcasing traditional Borneo hand-tap tattooing.

  2. International stars like Penny Boy Tattoo from Italy and Holy Trinity Tattoo Studio from the UK.

Special guests include artists from Ink Master like:

  1. Cleen Rock One (Seasons 5, 7, 9, and 11)

  2. Sarah Miller (Seasons 2, 7, and 12)

  3. Mystical Mike (Season 3)

Can I get a tattoo at the convention?

Yes! Here’s how:

  1. Appointments: Contact artists directly via their social media or websites to book in advance.

  2. Walk-ups: Some artists accept walk-ins but availability is limited — arrive early.

  3. Pricing: Costs depend on the artist and design. Discuss specifics directly with your chosen artist.

What about food?

Food vendors will be on-site offering snacks and meals. You can also explore the surrounding area for classic Philly eats, including cheesesteaks and pretzels.

How do I get there?

Public transit:Take SEPTA’s Broad Street Line to City Hall or Jefferson Station, then walk to the Convention Center.
