Philly boy dies in fall from 3d-story window

PHILADELPHIA - A 3-year-old boy died after falling from a third-story apartment window in Frankford on Sunday night, police said.
About 6 p.m., police responding to a call found the boy unconscious on the ground behind a property on the 1600 block of Foulkrod Street. He had a broken pelvis, several fractured ribs, and severe head trauma, and was pronounced dead at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children three hours later.
