Court psychologist charged with lewdness

PHILADELPHIA A court psychologist was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness for an incident that happened inside his office in the Family Court building, the District Attorney's Office announced Thursday.

Two high school girls allegedly saw Cornelius Fergueson, 45, masturbating Monday while at his front office window, the District Attorney's Office said. The girls, who at the time were inside Hallahan High across the street from Family Court, notified police and Fergueson was arrested.

He has been released on his own recognizance, and his next court appearance is set for Friday at the Criminal Justice Center. - Inquirer staff
