Two killed, two hospitalized in separate shooting incidents in Philadelphia
Two of the victims were reported in stable condition. No arrests have been made.
Two men were killed and two wounded and hospitalized Sunday in three separate incidents in different parts of the city, Philadelphia police said.
A 42-year-old man was shot five times about 3:45 p.m. and killed Sunday afternoon in the 100 block of South Ruby Street, in West Philadelphia, police said.
About three hours later, a 21-year-old was fatally shot in the chest and back in the 2300 block of West Berks Street, in North Philadelphia. He was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital shortly before 7 p.m.
In that same incident, a 23-year-old suffered a gunshot wound in the arm and was hospitalized in stable condition.
Around 8:50 p.m., a 20-year-old was shot in the leg at West Coulter and Morris Streets, in Germantown. He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center and also was in stable condition Sunday night.
All three incidents remain under investigation, police said, and no arrests had been made.
Police did not release the names of the victims.
