Man killed in Tioga shooting
The victim was shot twice in the 3700 block of North Bouvier Street.
A 27-year-old man was fatally wounded in a shooting Monday afternoon in the city’s Tioga section, police said.
The victim was shot in the chest and left arm just before 3:20 p.m. outside in the 3700 block of North Bouvier Street. He was taken by police to Temple University Hospital and pronounced dead at 3:59 p.m.
Police reported no arrests, his name was not released, and no other details were made available.
