Man fatally wounded in Nicetown shooting

An unidentified man was fatally wounded in a shooting Tuesday night in the city’s Nicetown section, police said.
Just before 9:30 p.m., the man, described as approximately 20 years old, was outside in the 2000 block of Dennie Street when he was shot six times in the back. He was taken by police to Temple University Hospital and pronounced dead at 9:50.
Police reported no arrests, and no other details were available.
