Gov. Josh Shapiro and his Republican opponent, State Treasurer Stacy Garrity, ran unopposed in their respective primaries and cruised to victory last night.

But they both have something to prove by November.

Shapiro seeks to deliver enough excitement to help flip four congressional seats and gain Democratic control of the U.S. House.

Meanwhile, Garrity will have to motivate GOP voters in congressional districts to stop Democratic midterm gains and simultaneously prove to the state party that it made the right call to endorse her against incumbent Shapiro.

Reporter Gillian McGoldrick has the full analysis on how the two plan to navigate the next six months.

The Iron Hill Breweries will be up and running again in Huntingdon Valley, Hershey, and Lancaster next month under new ownership.

While some locations are being taken over by new restaurants, a handful of former Iron Hills in suburban areas are still vacant.

🍺 One challenge: Leasing large properties can be difficult and can take a long time when brokers have to find someone who can afford the high rent.

Reporter Erin McCarthy put together a list of what we know about what’s happening at Iron Hills in Philly, the surrounding suburbs, Central Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
