Gingrich Running: Big Upside, Big Downside, Little In-Between

Newt Gingrich is really, really, really supposed to be running for the Republican nomination for president this time. He is scheduled to announce this afternoon on Twitter, then sit down for an evening interview with Sean Hannity of Fox News.
