PA Gov. Pledges 'Open Mind' on Electoral Vote Plan

Gov. Tom Corbett said Saturday that he would listen to opposition to plan to get rid of the winner-take-all system for awarding the state's electoral votes in presidential contests. Much of the opposition is coming from his own Republican Party.
