Today's Clout column in the Daily News takes a look at the ground game conditions in Northeast Philly, which makes up half of the 13th Congressional District.  State Rep. Brendan Boyle, the only one of the four Democratic candidates from Philly in the May 20 primary election, looks to benefit from political activity in other races.

Also in Clout, Gov. Corbett significantly shifts his stance on medical marijuana (second item) but a spokesman says it has nothing to do with a threat Monday from state Sen. Daylin Leach -- another Democrat seeking the 13th District seat -- to hold a sit-in at Corbett's office about the issue.

And the state Supreme Court boots Bob Guzzardi, a conservative Ardmore businessman and frequent Corbett critic, from the Republican primary ballot for governor (third item) due to a legal technicality.
