Also in Clout, Gov. Corbett significantly shifts his stance on medical marijuana (second item) but a spokesman says it has nothing to do with a threat Monday from state Sen. Daylin Leach -- another Democrat seeking the 13th District seat -- to hold a sit-in at Corbett's office about the issue.

And the state Supreme Court boots Bob Guzzardi, a conservative Ardmore businessman and frequent Corbett critic, from the Republican primary ballot for governor (third item) due to a legal technicality.
