At Bing Bing Dim Sum (1648 E. Passyunk Ave.), South Philly's modern take on a South Chinese dim sum parlor, Ben Puchowitz and Shawn Darragh of Cheu Noodle Bar feature a streamlined menu of "inauthentic" Asian dishes with a "Jewish twist."

With dim sum items and shareable large plates, the menu features pork soup dumplings, Everything Pac Man Buns, roast pork bao, noodle dishes, vegetarian items and more.

A full service bar offers a variety of beers in addition to Asian-themed cocktails, available by the pitcher so you can share with friends.
