They source their food from the region's most dedicated farmers and producers to provide customers with the best-tasting food.
Their mission is to support local agriculture and sustainable practices by giving small farmers an outlet for the food they grow. The kitchen uses whole animals, heritage grains, seasonal produce, local dairy and artisanal products.
The butcher shop stocks an impressive array of fresh and cut-to-order beef, pork, lamb, poultry, house made charcuterie, fresh eggs, dairy products and specialty pantry items.
