More gun options for police

Police Commissioner Charles H. Ramsey announced earlier today that police officers now have the option of purchasing alternative weapons to carry while they're on duty. Cops will have to carry certification cards if they opt to use the alternative guns.

Here's a look at what the boys and girls in blue could be carrying at a crime scene near you soon:

Glock 22 .40 caliber.  Magazine capacity: 15 rounds.
