Philly cop arrested for allegedly having sex with 14-year-old posts bail

Cops on Friday released a mug shot of Officer Anthony Dattilo, the 2nd District cop arrested for allegedly promoting prostitution and having sex with a minor in Bensalem earlier this week.

Commissioner Charles H. Ramsey has suspended Dattilo, 36, for 30 days with intent to dismiss, police said. The cop is facing charges including promoting prostitution, unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault and related offenses.

Court records show Dattilo was released from a Bucks County jail Friday after posting 10 percent of his $500,000 bail in cash. He's set to appear in court for a preliminary hearing May 10.
