Remote Possibilities: An 'Office' party, return of 'Totally Biased'
A few things to watch (or feed your DVR).
Compared to next week's finale of "The Office" (9 p.m., NBC10) -- now scheduled to clock in at one hour, 15 minutes, to maximize commercial time -- this week's episode is merely supersized at an hour.
A lot happens in that hour, though including a terrific sendoff for Darryl (Craig Robinson). And if you're a fan of the cat-crossed romance of Dwight (Rainn Wilson) and Angela (Angela Kinsey), you won't want to miss a minute. Not even the minute or so involving Clay Aiken.
Meanwhile, the late-night show "Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell" returns to FX at 11 p.m., with Melissa V. Harris-Perry of MSNBC as Bell's guest. The Chris Rock-produced series will go daily this fall, as it moves to FX's spinoff network, FXX. (And, yes, that still looks like a typo. But I suppose we'll get used to it.)
You you may also want to check out:
-- "Community" (8 p.m., NBC10). The Season 4 (and possibly forever) finale is called "Advanced Introduction to Finality." Sony is urging fans to watch live in hopes of saving it.
-- "The Big Bang Theory" (8 p.m., CBS 3). In which the women on the show get to play Dungeons & Dragons and the universe implodes. OK, maybe not that last part. But then "Big Bang" fans don't generally need their arms twisted to watch.
