Butcher & Singer: Stephen Starr's spot on the corner of 15th and Walnut offers the 8-ounce filet as a main course, which alone is normally $42.

Capital Grille: The steakhouse chain at Broad and Chestnut offers both its 8-ounce filet and 14-ounce sirloin.
