Three cocktails served this weekend at Del Frisco's in Center City have been inspired by best-picture nominees.

The Broadway Bramble ($12, inspired by Birdman) includes Wild Turkey 80, blackberries, lemon sour, soda water, and blackberry garnish. All ingredients, except the soda water, get shaken up in a Boston Shaker, filled with ice. Then it gets strained into an ice-filled bucket glass and topped with soda and blackberries.

The Decoded Mocktail ($2.95, Imitation Game) is made up of Tarragon infused simple syrup, lemon wedges, soda water, and fresh tarragon. The bartender then pours the simple syrup into the soda and squeezes and drops the lemon wedges into the bottom of the glass. The glass is then filled with ice and topped with soda water. The bartender then rolls contents from glass to the mixing tin and back into the glass.

Gustave's Grand Smash ($16, The Grand Budapest Hotel) has Grand Marnier, simple syrup, orange slices, a lime wedge, a lemon wedge, and mint leaves. The cocktail is made by muddling the mint, orange slices, lime and lemon wedges.
