Kraftwork Bar in Fishtown is offering a special Filet & Foie Cheesesteak this week.

Chef Brian Lofink packs an almost-foot-long flaky French roll with filet mignon, foie gras and black truffles. The cheesesteak special ($16) is on the dinner menu through Black Friday (Nov. 29) and features filet tips, roasted balsamic cippolini onions, Gruyère cheese and a savory foie gras sauce.

A even more limited-edition version, for $28, will be topped with black truffle shavings - but only while supplies of black truffles last.
