Vientiane Cafe in West Philly is marking the new year with an eight-course dinner on Tuesday, April 15 and Wednesday, April 16. It's a benefit for the Laos In The House community arts project. Both dinner dates will be hosted by Catzie Vilayphonh, Laos In The House's Creative Director, and Susie Ratsamy, Managing Director.
