Learn to make paella from a pro

On Friday, July 26 at 7 p.m., chef David Ansill will bring his kitchen outdoors and offer an al fresco Paella cooking class.

Learn the secrets to perfect paella from the chopping board to the dining table at Bar Ferdinand (1030 N. Second St.).

On Friday, July 26 at 7 p.m., chef David Ansill will bring his kitchen outdoors and offer an al fresco Paella cooking class.

Ansill will host an evening of learning, tasting and cooking by demonstrating the traditional techniques of preparing Spain's most recognized dish.

The event includes a selection of tapas appetizers and Bar Ferdinand's signature dish, Paella Valenciana.

Each guest will also receive a starter paella kit that includes Bomba rice, chorizo and paella stock. The cost is $40 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
