In addition to oyster shooters and $1-each shucked oysters, Stollenwerk is whipping up such bivalve treats as Oyster Stew, Angels on Horseback, Oyster & Crab Gratin, Oyster Rockefeller and Fried Oyster Tacos..
The oyster specials will wrap New Year's Eve with an $80-a-head "indoor block party" that will feature a band, multiple food stations, and assorted kegs. The restaurant said it would donate $20 per ticket to the Ocean Conservancy.
