Pat’s Steaks joins Caviar, celebrates with BOGO cheesesteak deal on Wednesday

Pat’s King of Steaks is one of the latest additions to food delivery service Caviar, and the South Philly steak stalwart is celebrating with a special buy-one-get-one deal for users of the app this week.

Pat's King of Steaks is one of the latest additions to food delivery service Caviar, and the South Philly steak stalwart is celebrating with a special buy-one-get-one deal for users of the app this week.

From 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Caviar users can order one cheesesteak from Pat's through the app and get a second one for free. The deal is limited to a maximum of five cheesesteak orders per customer for the day, meaning everyone can get up to 10 sandwiches delivered in total for the price of five.

As Caviar's page for Pat's indicates, the most popular item at the shop is "The Original Cheesesteak" with Whiz and fried onions, but guests can get their free steak in any variety. So whether you like Whiz, provolone, American, or just a plain steak (seriously?), the Pat's deal has something for you. If, like John Kerry, you prefer Swiss, just keep it to yourself.

In addition to the Caviar deal this week, Pat's are hosting a cheesesteak cook-off with rival Geno's Steaks today as part of the second-annual NASCAR Xfinity Philadelphia Takeover. Drivers Darrell Wallace, Jr., Daniel Hemric, and Spencer Gallagher will participate, according to a release.
