Silk City (435 Spring Garden St.) expands its brunch operation from two to seven days, effective Monday, May 16.
Executive chef Mike Rossi and brunch chef Josh Hansen will cook from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The menu includes brunch items (shrimp & grits, and fried chicken & waffles in sausage gravy) and lunch dishes, plus Bloody Marys and mimosas.
It's served in the diner and weather-permitted in the garden.
A midday menu runs from 4 to 5 p.m., leading into dinner.
