The Mile High Burger, similar to a Denver Omelet, is served with an Angus beef patty, sliced ham, roasted peppers, caramelized onions, pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, shredded lettuce and a fried egg on top. The burger is cooked to order on a griddle in its own juices and served on lightly buttered, brioche style bun.
The Hawk's Nest Bird-ger consists of a chicken breast with coleslaw, pea shoots, Manchego cheese, Thousand Island dressing on a bed of fries and served on a lightly buttered, brioche style bun.
