Friday: Evoluer Fashion Show - Get Your Tickets

Cheryl Ann Wadlington is at it again. The fashion journalist and lady-about-town is hosting her second  annual benefit and fashion show this Friday to raise money for Wadlington's  non-profit project, Evoluer. Evoluer is a Philadelphia-based program that helps slightly-rough-around-the-edges city girls evolve into fabulous women.

The event is called Pret a Porter will be held from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.  at the Painted Bride Arts Center located at 230 Vine Street in Old City.  Celebrity guests expected to come include Sarah Dash of LaBelle, designer Loris Diran and The Honorable Jennifer Smith. Local designer Melanie Brandon will show case her spring 2010 collection, Dear Labelle, under the Melani von Alexandria label - which I'm actually looking forward to see.
