Video: MVP chants for Vick at Sixers game
Michael Vick showed up at the Wells Fargo Center during last night's Sixers-Lakers game, and was greeted with M-V-P chants from the fans in attendance.
Michael Vick was greeted by a huge ovation Friday night when he showed up in the second half of the Sixers-Lakers game at the Wells Fargo Center.
Video of Vick's appearance and the crowd reaction is embedded below. If you listen closely, you can hear the M-V-P chants.
As Vick walked to his seat, even the players on the court took notice.
"The whole place went bananas, and I was one of them," Kobe Bryant said, according to Bob Cooney of the Daily News. "Everybody knows I am a Yankees fan and get a lot of [grief] for that, but I love my Eagles just like everybody else."
