You, too, can taunt a man with head trauma

The Blackhawks' Brent Seabrook gave an intense playoff series even more drama by slamming the Blues' captain David Backes into the wall. The dirty hit most likely gave Backes a concussion; he won't be playing in the next game, and Seabrook has been suspended for three.

In the mean time, let's make some money!

An Illinois-based t-shirt company jumped on the chance to monetize a man's head trauma by putting "Wakey, wakey, Backes" on their latest product. This is, of course, the phrase that Chicago's Duncan Keith shouted at Backes as he attempted to regain his awareness after having his brain rattled, twice - once off Seabrook, and again off the glass.

Needless to say, anyone buying this shirt should probably cancel their order. Not only is this unspeakably classless, but it is about to send the internet's outrage meter blasting through its peak (thanks to blog posts like this one).

If you buy a "wakey wakey" shirt, wear it while playing in traffic.
That's awful. Guy get a nasty concussion & you try and make money off his injury. Unbelievable. THIS is where we are in society? #Blackhawks
