NFC Hierarchy/Obituary: Week 16 (MS Paint greeting card version)

It's that time of year when you begin to receive 2 or 3 new holiday cards with pictures of your friends and their kids in the mail every day. Or if you are a kid, it's the time of year when mom sits you down at the dining room table for a few hours and makes you write out holiday cards to all your relatives, yelling at you every time you make a mistake. Oh, that was just my experience as a kid? Well, I'm going to relive those days anyway, in a special greeting card version of the NFC Hierarchy.
