UPDATE: Click here for audio of Lenny Dykstra on The Fanatic.

Lenny Dykstra joined Mike Missanelli on 97.5 The Fanatic for two hours Friday afternoon.  Here are some highlights from The Fanatic's Twitter on the candid conversation.

Dykstra: I apologize to Mitch. That's what I was hoping to do when I saw him with Dutch but it didn't work out that way.
Dykstra just said he was locked up next to Conrad Murray aka the guy who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson.
Dykstra: The Phillies organization treated me and my family like gold ... Hopefully there will be a day I get to come back and do something.
Dykstra: I know I disappeared and I'm not proud of what happened. All I ask is the fans and Phils organization forgive me.
Dykstra: I should've been the National League MVP [in '93].
Dykstra: The main decision I made that took me down was when I bought Wayne Gretzky's house [for $17 million].
