Noel sidelined vs. Chicago Bulls

Nerlens Noel will not play Monday night against the Chicago Bulls.

CHICAGO – Nerlens Noel will not play Monday night against the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.

The 76ers power forward suffered a left-eye corneal abrasion in the third quarter and left Sunday's 96-76 loss to the Raptors in Toronto. Noel was elbowed by Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry with 3 minutes, 15 seconds left in the third quarter and was taken to an area hospital.

Noel is averaging 9.9 points and 7.8 rebounds. Jerami Grant is expected to start in his absence.
