Now that popeageddon is officially over, get out of the house and check out these five food and drink events lined up this week.

For a free event: Jet Wine Bar (1525 South St.) presents the flavors of Morocco with complimentary pours and snacks. From 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 30, enjoy select vintages, music, and Moroccan films. If you like the samples, guests are encouraged to purchase a 5-ounce glass.

On Thursday, Oct. 1 celebrate National Sake Day at Yakitori Boy (211 N. 11th St.). In honor of the rice wine, the restaurant will host an exclusive happy hour from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The party will feature a tasting section followed by an open bar and Japanese tapas. Buy your tickets here.

Brulee Bakery and Tango Restaurant (39 Morris Ave., Bryn Mawr) get together on Thursday, Oct. 1 to present a special gluten-free dinner complete with dessert. The meal is offered between 4:30 and 9:30 p.m. and will include tons of course options such as butternut squash puree, steamed clams, duck confit salad, filet mignon, rainbow trout, and more. Food Trust's final Night Market of the season takes place on Thursday, Oct. 1. This installment will take place at Frankford and Girard Avenues and feature the city's best food trucks as well as local entertainment and vendors. Things get started at 6 p.m.

Attention, beer fans, Beerfest Royale is back! King of Prussia Mall's (609 W. DeKalb Pike) annual beer festival returns on Thursday, Oct. 1 and Saturday, Oct. 3 and entry gets you endless pours of local as well and international brews. Beers aren't the only thing here, too. Food options, vendors, and even homebrewers will be onsite throughout the sessions. Session 1 is Thursday at 5:30 9 p.m., Session 2 is Saturday from noon to 3:30 p.m., and Session 3 is from 6 to 9:30 p.m.
