Get ready to eat — a lot. The Food Trust's final Night Market will take place today, Thursday, Oct. 1, and will occupy Frankford and Girard Avenues in Fishtown.
This final food festival will take place from 6 to 10 p.m. and features Philadelphia's best food trucks. Besides the eats, expect live entertainment, special guest appearances, beer, and a sample of Heffe Tacos.

Besides the live music, a guest appearance by former Philadelphia Flyer Danny Briere will be on-site with the Flyers street team. Fans are invited to visit the Flyers booth for free photos with the player, take part of hockey LEGO activities, and participate in games to win free NHL merchandise.

Parking will be a total drag around the area, so getting there without your car is best bet.
SEPTA's bus route 57 and the EL's (Blue Line) Girard stop is within blocks of the festival.
If public transportation isn't your thing, ride a bike! Indego Bike Share service stations will be located at Girard & Leopold (1176 Leopard). For people who own their own set of wheels, park at Firth & Wilson Trasport Cycles (1105 Frankford Ave.).
