The folks at The Philly Post picked up on a video, uploaded by YouTube user vicdella80. that shows two Philadelphia Parking Authority employees eating lunch in a truck while parked illegally.

The person filming the exchange with a cell phone camera notes that the PPA-marked truck is parked in a "No Stopping" zone and asks the PPA employees why they're not leading by example. The videographer also notes that there was a car in the vicinity sporting a ticket for having been parked illegally.

The PPA workers seem dumbfounded at the line of questioning. When he's met with blank stares, the guy behind the camera offers up a, "Thanks for your time guys."

BOOM. *Drops mic*

This vigilante videographer is not our hero. He's a silent guardian. A watchful protector. A dark knight. (Now, if he could just learn to turn his iPhone horizontally... ) [h/t The Philly Post]

UPDATE: PPA Spokesman Marty O'Rourke says that the PPA employees are part of a meter collections unit and are not allowed to leave their truck. He says that their decision to stop in the "no stopping" zone was neither illegal or against the rules.
