Several Philadelphians got a good scare from the sanguinary streetdweller in the resulting video, actually a prank put on by YouTube celebrity and Philadelphian Ed Bassmaster. Mostly filmed in what appears to be Center City and Chinatown, it really is a fascinating look at how Philadelphians react when faced with a potentially supernatural scenario. Or, one with long, flowing hair and a tight V-neck, anyway.
And, not for nothing, but judging from some of the reactions, we'd have very little to worry about as a city in the event of vampire-based extinction. So, at least we're prepared for something.
