Spirit, pilots' union set to talk; customer pain continues

Spirit canceled its schedule through tomorrow because of the pilots' strike against it, with the only hope for a settlement coming as the two warring sides agreed to meet today to continue negotiatons for a new contract. As this AP story points out, Spirit's treatment of customers since the strike started Saturday has been abysmal, with all the advantage in the help it's offered on the company's side.
