Kelley S. Thwaite, meetings manager at Maxvantage, is president.

Laura Lee Wren, group sales manager at Split Rock Resort & Golf Club, is vice president/communications.

Maria A. Ramos, a meetings consultant, is vice president/education.

Stephanie Krzywanski, owner of Solstice Event Group, is vice president/finance.

Maya A. Northen, owner of Chimera Travel, is vice president/membership.

David M. Jackson, director of sales at Pocono Mountains CVB, is immediate past president.

The Underwood-Memorial Hospital Foundation, Woodbury, elected Kathleen A. Schultes chair. Sewell has served on the Foundation board for 20 years, most recently as its vice chair.

Other officers: Jack C. Sheppard Jr., executive vice president of Bollinger Insurance, is vice chair; William J. McGuinness, owner of McGuinness Funeral Home, is treasurer; and Louise M. Heritage is secretary.

Raymond J. Angelini and Nicholas Dalsey were named board members. Angelini is the owner of a local general contracting business. Dalsey is an Underwood Emergency Department physician.

National Comprehensive Cancer Network, a Fort Washington not-for-profit alliance of 21 cancer centers, named Russell W. Budd to its board. He is president and managing shareholder of Baron & Budd P.C.

Ezra Wohlgelernter, a personal injury attorney and founding partner of Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig, was elected vice chair of the SeniorLAW Center, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization that protects the legal rights of older Pennsylvanians.

Nancy L. Wasch was appointed secretary of Central Bucks PAGE, an affiliate chapter of the nonprofit Pennsylvania Association for Gifted Education, an advocacy group for gifted students. She is an attorney at Archer & Greiner P.C.

The Main Line Chamber of Commerce, a Wayne business advocacy organization, elected the following officers and members to its board:
