Blue Sky Power, Camden, said Liza L. Wolf was hired as chief legal officer and executive vice president. Wolf had been a member of the Business Law Group at the Cozen O'Connor law firm, with a focus in public and project finance, specializing in energy transactions.

Gregory L. DeShields was appointed managing director of business development for Temple University's Fox School of Business and School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. He had been senior director of corporate relations.

Ardmore Banking Advisors, a risk management firm, appointed Peter Leibundgut as its new senior vice president of credit risk management consulting and chief counsel. He was previously an executive at a bank consulting firm.

Tengion Inc., an East Norriton regenerative-medicine firm, appointed John L. Miclot president and CEO. Miclot was executive-in-residence at Warburg Pincus and president and CEO of CCS Medical Inc.

Comcast Corp., Philadelphia, promoted Peter Kiriacoulacos to executive vice president, procurement for Comcast Cable and senior vice president, procurement for NBCUniversal from senior vice president, procurement for Comcast Cable.

Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions L.L.C., a Newtown Square division of Balfour Beatty Capital Group Inc., a provider of real estate services to educational institutions, hired Josh E. Smith as vice president. Smith had been vice president of development for Collegiate Cos.

Galleon Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Horsham company that focuses on breathing-control disorders, named D. Euan MacIntyre senior vice president, drug discovery, and James F. McLeod senior vice president, clinical research and development, and chief medical officer. MacIntyre was senior vice president and head of drug discovery at Arete Therapeutics and vice president, basic research-pharmacology, at Merck. McLeod was vice president of early clinical research and experimental medicine at Merck Research Laboratories.

C.F. Martin & Co., the Nazareth instrument maker, promoted Tim McNair to general manager, string division. He had been director of sales and marketing for the division. Prior to joining the company, he was a market manager and business analyst at Air Products & Chemicals Inc., Allentown.

Andy Simpson was hired as director of operations for Philly Live! He had been vice president of the U.S. Northeast region for TGI Fridays.
