In Philadelphia and the four suburban counties in Pennsylvania, the average pump price for regular-grade stayed at $2.69 a gallon, the same as on Monday, AAA Mid-Atlantic reported. That was one cent less than a week ago and down three cents from a month ago.

In the three suburban counties in South Jersey, today's average remained at $2.46 a gallon - two cents less than both a week ago and a month ago, AAA said.

Nationally, today's average price is $2.59 a gallon, also unchanged from Monday.
