Devon & Blakely to open at Baum Building
Sandwich shop Devon & Blakely is opening a second Philadelphia location at the former Baum's Dancewear building at 106 S. 11th, which is being converted into stores and apartments by developer Brickstone Realty.

The eatery has signed a lease for 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space at the site, with additional basement space, according to Larry Steinberg, a senior vice president at real estate brokerage CBRE, who helped arrange the lease.
Space remains for another retailer at what Brickstone is calling the Baum Building. The project will also include 12 rental apartments of about 750 square feet each, according to a Brickstone pamphlet on the property.
Devon & Blakely's currently operates a shop at 1801 Market St. and several others in New York and Washington.
