$16M Comcast settlement set for court’s OK

U.S. District Judge Legrome D. Davis said Tuesday he expected to approve a $16 million settlement over Comcast Corp.'s interference of peer-to-peer file-sharing over the Internet.

About one million Comcast broadband customers may have claims under the settlement.    - Bob Fernandez
