Lyle Lovett and Robert Earl Keen. Two terrifically talented Texas songsmiths, who attended Texas A&M together in their salad days, sitting around onstage just like they did back when they wrote "This Old Porch." Thursday at the Keswick Theatre.

Jason Marsalis. The youngest of the six Marsalis brothers, jazz drummer Jason also plays vibes, and with Irvin Mayfield is the co-founder of NOLA Afro Cuban jazz outfit Los Hombres Caliente. Thursday at South.
