Remember how deific Sofía Vergara, now engaged to Joe Manganiello, used to be (2013) with NYC bizguy Nick Loeb? Employing surrogates, Loeb and Vergara created two embryos, which were frozen. Last August, Loeb sought the legal right to continue their gestation. On April 29, he wrote a New York Times op-ed making the same plea. On Thursday, both took to the talk shows. On NBC's Today, Loeb said he wants to father the two children. On The Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM, Vergara said the couple had a contract to do nothing unless both said OK.

Cleveland rocks, but Trenton rolls and rolls and . . .

Trenton's John Taylor is credited with inventing the pork roll in 1856. Last year, the first Trenton Pork Roll Festival happened, organized by Scott Miller and T.C. Nelson. Thousands came! Wild success! Then Miller and Nelson fell out, and on May 23, there will be two competing festivals, the Official 2d Annual Pork Roll Festival at Mill Hill Park (Miller's baby) and the Trenton Pork Roll Festival 2015 at Nelson's restaurant, Trenton Social. And, ha! There's a third one for non-porkers: the Trenton Vegan Pork Roll Festival in the Ghandi Garden.
