See Philly's New Year's fireworks live on TV

The Penn's Landing New Year's Eve fireworks display will be televised live on Channel 3 at midnight Dec. 31, the station announced.

The Penn's Landing New Year's Eve fireworks display will be televised live on Channel 3 at midnight Dec. 31, the station announced.

Anchors Larry Mendte and Kathy Orr will host an hour-long New Year's Eve special from 11:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. that will include a year-end look at major events in news, sports and entertainment along with the popular fireworks. CBS 3's Susan Barnett will report live from the Blue Cross RiverRink.

The fireworks are choreographed to music, which will be simulcast by CBS 3 sister station KYW.

Radiohead on TV

Alt band Radiohead will perform its new album, "In Rainbows," in its entirety during a pre-taped, hour-long set that will premiere New Year's Eve on Current TV and Current.com starting at midnight on Dec. 31, and will repeat three times throughout the next day. *
